GIORGIO DE CHIRICO AND THE MYSTERIOUS OBJECT

 

After an extraordinary work of restoration, the beautiful rooms of the Royal Palace of Monza are ready to welcome a rich program of cultural activities.

To inaugurate the season of major exhibitions will be "Giorgio de Chirico and the mysterious object", which will be housed in the Serrone of the Villa Reale until the 1st of February 2015.


Giorgio de Chirico is undoubtedly the most important artistic figure and multifaceted of the panorama of Italian Twentieth century.

The exhibition presents more than thirty works with the aim to illustrate the theme of the mysterious object through subjects, styles and techniques of the artistic production of de Chirico.

 

Along the exhibition the works will be accompanied by videos, stories and evocative sounds for a complete immersion in the life and art of the metaphysical Master.
